Clear answers about how HBN works.
Understand the difference between standalone services, the complete growth system, and HBN’s specialized Bathroom Remodeler Program.
Services and the complete system.
What does HBN Growth actually do?
HBN builds and operates growth systems for service businesses. Depending on the business, that can include customer acquisition, websites, AI voice agents, qualification, follow-up, booking, CRM and workflow automation, and reputation systems. These capabilities can be purchased individually or connected into the complete HBN Growth System.
Is HBN a marketing agency?
HBN does provide customer-acquisition services, but our scope can extend beyond generating leads. The HBN Growth System is designed around the wider customer journey — including capture, response, qualification, follow-up, booking, workflows, and reputation.
Is HBN an AI company?
AI is one of the technologies HBN uses. It is not the product itself. The objective is business growth and better execution — AI is used where it can improve response, qualification, workflow, follow-up, or efficiency.
Can I buy one HBN service without buying the complete system?
Yes. Every HBN capability can solve a specific bottleneck independently — AI Voice Agents, Qualified Appointments, Customer Acquisition, Follow-Up Automation, Custom Websites, Workflow / CRM Automation, and Review & Reputation can each be purchased on its own. The complete HBN Growth System connects them when a business needs the full infrastructure. It means the response, qualification, follow-up and booking run as our ongoing work, not as a tool you have to remember to check — we do not hand over a dashboard and a login.
How do you determine what we need?
The first step is a growth audit. We map the journey from demand through conversion, response, qualification, follow-up, booking, operations, and reputation, then identify where the largest constraint appears to be.
Does HBN guarantee revenue?
No. HBN cannot control whether your team attends appointments, prices correctly, closes the sale, or fulfills the service. Where a specific HBN program contains a guarantee, the guarantee applies only to the outcome explicitly defined in the applicable written agreement.
What does HBN mean by a “qualified” opportunity?
Qualification depends on the business. The criteria can include service fit, location, decision-making authority, budget, timeline, urgency, eligibility, or other business-specific requirements, and should be defined before the system starts operating.
Does HBN only work with bathroom remodelers?
No. HBN serves multiple appointment- and enquiry-driven service businesses. Bathroom Remodeling is currently HBN’s one specialized packaged vertical program.
Do I have to replace my current CRM?
Not necessarily. The right decision depends on the systems you already use, their capabilities, integration requirements, and the problem we are solving. Where practical, HBN can build around existing infrastructure rather than replacing technology unnecessarily.
Can HBN work with leads I already generate?
Yes, depending on the engagement. Qualification, AI response, follow-up, CRM workflows, and booking systems can potentially be applied to existing lead sources as well as new HBN-generated demand.
Does the AI voice agent replace my front desk?
It can automate specific front-desk functions, but it does not need to replace the human team. It can be configured for after-hours coverage, overflow, initial response, qualification, routing, follow-up, or booking depending on the business.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you need. The Bathroom Remodeler program has two engagement options — pay per qualified appointment, or an all-inclusive 90-day program — and standalone services are scoped to the business, so the number depends on which capabilities you need and how much of the work already exists. We give you an exact figure on the first call rather than publishing one-size-fits-all pricing.
What happens on the first call?
We map the current growth system, identify where opportunities appear to be leaking, determine whether HBN can materially improve the situation, and outline the appropriate next step. If HBN isn’t the right fit, we’ll say so. For most standalone services, timing after that depends on integrations, account access, and operational requirements; for the Bathroom Remodeler Program specifically, launch typically takes 5–7 business days after completed onboarding and receipt of the required account access.
The specialized offer.
What counts as a qualified appointment?
An appointment qualifies after confirmed homeownership, a confirmed $20,000-or-higher bathroom-remodel budget, documented project scope, reviewed buying timeline, and calendar booking with the qualification data attached.
How does the guarantee work?
Under the applicable written agreement, HBN delivers 30 qualified appointments in 90 days or continues working at no additional HBN service charge until all 30 are delivered, subject to client cooperation and required direct advertising spend. The guarantee applies to qualified-appointment delivery — not to attended appointments, closed remodeling projects, or revenue. Exact eligibility and delivery conditions are defined in the applicable written service agreement.
Can HBN work with my competitors in my city?
HBN uses a one-remodeler-per-protected-market model. The protected territory is a 30-mile radius around the approved city or business territory, subject to the applicable written agreement.
What does advertising spend look like?
It depends on the engagement option and your market — we confirm a recommended daily budget with you directly. Advertising spend is paid directly by the client to Meta; HBN does not receive or mark up that spend.
How quickly does the remodeler system go live?
The remodeler system typically goes live within 5–7 business days after completed onboarding and receipt of the required account access.
What happens after the first 90 days?
The Growth Engine continues on a month-to-month HBN service fee and includes ongoing management, weekly reporting, bi-weekly strategy calls, and the eligible exclusive territory. The client retains the advertising creative library.
Does the contractor need to qualify the leads?
No. The system conducts qualification. The contractor receives appointments with the qualification information attached and is responsible for attending, selling, quoting, and serving the prospect.
Build the system your next stage of growth requires.
We’ll start by identifying the constraint. Book a call and we’ll show you exactly where the leaks are and what it takes to install the fix.
